My wife and I closed on our home sale two days ago and I had to write this review to share how happy we were with Nicole. The whole process of selling our house was made efficient, smooth, and - yes, I'd say - a pleasure. Her communication with us was amazing. Frequent emails or texts let us know where we stood, what we needed to do, and how things were progressing. She made sure our home was marketed in a way that accentuated its many strengths, and there were many small things she did to make this happen. We found that Nicole went above and beyond what you'd think a good realtor would do, and she took a personal interest in getting things right. Her attention to detail, and her follow-through were excellent. And she referred us to contractors to get work done that was done quickly and for reasonable rates. She navigated the restrictions of the COVID situation very well. From the moment she sat down with us and had a personalized discussion of our wants and needs, all the way through the selling process, Nicole was attentive to our concerns.
